ITEM CUSTOMIZATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
IMPORTANT TERMS FOR CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
1. CUSTOM PRODUCT POLICY
All customized products are manufactured specially as per buyer requirements. Customization once approved cannot be changed.
2. DESIGN APPROVAL
Before production, buyer must confirm: Design, Fabric, Color, Size Chart, Branding Details.
3. SAMPLE APPROVAL
Sample photos/videos will be shared. Physical sample available on request.
4. COLOR & FABRIC
Slight color/texture variation may occur due to screen display and lighting.
5. SIZE TOLERANCE
Minor size variation (+/- acceptable margin) may occur. International standards followed.
6. BRANDING
Private Label Support: Brand Labels, Hang Tags, Wash Care Labels, Barcode Stickers.
7. MOQ TERMS
MOQ: 60 PCS Per Design. Maximum Capacity: Unlimited bulk production.
8. PAYMENT TERMS
70% Advance Required. Balance before dispatch. Production starts after payment.
9. CANCELLATION
Orders cannot be cancelled after production starts. Advance is non-refundable.
10. QUALITY ASSURANCE
Every product goes through Fabric, Stitching, Finishing, and Packing check.
11. SHIPPING
Worldwide Shipping. Courier & Cargo Support, Tracking Details Shared.
12. RESPONSIBILITY
Buyer must verify Design, Quantity, and Shipping details before confirmation.
