Welcome to Varni Creation Export. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase or inquiry.
1. ORDERS
All orders must be confirmed with complete details including design, fabric, size, and quantity. Production will start only after confirmation and approval from the buyer.
2. MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY (MOQ)
Our minimum order quantity is 60 pieces per design. Mixed sizes are allowed within the same design.
3. PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices are based on design, fabric, and order quantity. Advance payment is required to start production. Full payment must be completed before shipment unless agreed otherwise.
4. PRODUCTION TIME
Production time depends on order size and design complexity. We always aim for timely delivery, but delays due to unavoidable circumstances may occur.
5. QUALITY CONTROL
Every product undergoes strict quality checking before packaging and dispatch to ensure export-grade standards.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We provide worldwide shipping through trusted courier partners. Delivery time depends on destination and courier service.
7. CUSTOMIZATION
We offer customization in fabric, design, size, color, and branding. Final approval from the buyer is required before bulk production.
8. REFUND & CANCELLATION
Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled. Refunds are not applicable for customized or bulk export orders unless there is a manufacturing defect.
9. LEGAL AGREEMENT
By placing an order, the buyer agrees to all terms mentioned above and confirms understanding of our export policies.
